We hired Jeremy and his crew to upgrade our 2nd story deck and added a roof/screening. Working with Studio Spillman was very easy. The job was done in a timely manner, the crew was conscientious of time & did exactly what we were looking for. Along the way we made a couple of changes, which were implemented easily. We were always kept in the loop. The quality of the work was phenomenal. We now use this space as an additional living space and couldn't be happier! We hired Jeremy for three major home remodeling projects. First was the main level of our home, built in 1962. A few years later, we hired him again to renovate our basement, and then again to renovate a cabin built in the 1830's. Each project came with unique challenges. We needed to stay within a strict budget on our main level renovation and he worked with us on that. We faced water issues in our basement, and he was able to navigate the best ways to prevent future water issues, and renovating an 1830's log cabin came with foundation issues. Jeremy always met these challenges with positivity and always figured out a way to get the job done while using quality products and trusted contractors. We decided to use Spillman Homes for a full-scale basement renovation after hiring a "freelance" crew last year to do our wood floors.

My wife and I were at a standstill on a modification that we wanted to make for our lake home. There was a rather large guest bathroom and we wanted to convert it into 2 bathrooms in order to make it more usable for when our adult children and grandchildren come to visit. A reference from a trusted source led us to contact Studio Spillman. Once we met Jeremy (Spillman) at our lake home to discuss our plans we were hooked! I really love my new custom home! Studio Spillman did an amazing job. They had my house built so quickly and perfect. Everyone is so easy to deal with and friendly.
